Our
History
One of the first villas built on these hills in the 1970s, Villa Etro has been a family holiday home since 1974. After a full 2021-2022 renovation, it now blends timeless character with modern comfort, a brand-new pool, and thoughtful upgrades like heat pumps and solar panels. You’re also within walking distance of Cala Baladrar, a serene bay for swimming and snorkelling, with a beach bar perfect for sunset.

The
Rooms
Villa Etro sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms, with the option to add a baby cot or extra bed. The home is split across two floors, each with a full-size luxury kitchen, making it ideal for one family or two families sharing. Expect a warm Ibiza-style interior, sea views, air conditioning in every bedroom, and Moorish-inspired bathrooms with soothing rain showers.

Pool & Garden
The 10x5 meter pool feels spa-like thanks to its lightly salted, chlorine-free electrolysis system, and it can be heated on request in cooler months. Terraced gardens with palms, citrus trees, and a jeux-de-boules area create multiple places to unwind. Long outdoor dinners are a highlight, with a shaded pergola, outdoor kitchen, and built-in BBQ, plus a gas grill option in July and August.

Things to do
From the Jalon Valley’s wineries and tasting tours to epic cycling routes from Altea to Denia, the area is built for outdoor days. Climb the Ifach early for unforgettable views, or rent a boat from Moraira for a day on the water. You can also mix in easy family fun, from local aqua sports to waterpark-style outings.

Facilities
High-speed optic fibre Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a portable JBL DAB speaker make it easy to relax indoors when you want. A modern washer and dryer, extra fridge space, and practical amenities keep longer stays effortless. The property is fully gated and equipped with an alarm system and fire alarms for peace of mind.

About
A white, arched Spanish villa fully renovated in 2022, designed to work beautifully as one spacious home or as two self-sufficient floors for shared holidays. The pool, lush gardens, and outdoor kitchen set the tone for slow days and long evenings. And because the villa sits high in the valley, a gentle sea breeze often rolls through late afternoon, especially welcome in summer.
